The teams at Alpha Facilities Maintenance are very experienced in carrying out improvement and small project works in existing live buildings. We pride ourselves in providing a professional, cost efficient service while ensuring that the needs of the end user are always our top priority. We have all of the resources, expertise and experience required to replace major items of plant whilst ensuring a smooth changeover without any disruption to the normal operation of the building.
We consider small projects to be any project for any existing or new client to be a turnkey solution with a 6 week turnaround from concept to completion. This type of work can be reacted to quickly and involves our small projects crews who are mobile and ready to react to quick turnaround projects. Any works with longer lead in times and longer periods on site above 6 weeks are handed over to our major projects team at Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd who complete the works and once complete, they hand the building and equipment back into the care of Alpha Facilities Maintenance. This gives our clients the reassurance and confidence that their building is getting the very best of care as we are here to stand over all works performed throughout the life cycle of the building. As part of this care it allows us to offer extended warranties on plant and services that we install and then maintain.
