Smartbox is an innovative tech & hospitality company with a significant presence in Dublin City Centre. This company offers gift packages and experiences in the food & hospitality sectors. Alpha Facilities Maintenance was contracted to complete a Full upgrade of heating and hot water plant room replacing all boilers for new high efficiency gas fired condensing boilers and all pumping equipment wih new high efficiency variable speed pumps on both LPHW & CHW systems. We carried out a complete chemical flush of both systems, re-dosed systems with correct volumes of inhibitors and glycol and installed a new filtration system and automatic chemical dosing systems on LPHW & CHW systems.
