TUSLA - Mechanical Installation & Facilities Maintenance
The project by Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd. for TUSLA offices in Drogheda Co Louth. The Mechanical works were carried out as Part of a CAT A and B fitout working with main contractor TQM fitout and included new Daikin VRV units and Daikin air handling units to provide comfort cooling and ventilation throughout the space. New toilet facilities and canteen facilities were installed as well as private offices and meeting rooms throughout the space. The Mechanical Services installation on this Tusla project were carried out in a live building with care not to disturb the existing tenants.
MECHANICAL SERVICES INSTALLATION:
Supply and install Daikin VRV to all areas to provide heating and cooling.
Supply and install Daikin Air Handling to provide fresh air to all areas.
Installation of new mains water format 30 tank in the basement to provide cold
water to all toilets and kitchenettes.
New sanitary ware supplied and installed throughout.
Installation of fire dampers in line with fire drawings.
