ESB - Mechanical Installation

The Mechanical Service installations were to The Electricity Supply Board’s offices at South Lotts Road and also to the North Dublin offices at Santry. A comprehensive series of mechanical works were undertaken by Alpha Mechanical services Ltd. to multiple floors as part of Cat B fitout works. The works included new water services, air conditioning and ventilation throughout.

MECHANICAL SERVICES INSTALLATION:

  • New mains water tanks.

  • New water services.

  • Toilet ventilation systems.

  • New unit heaters.

  • Building Energy Management Systems.

  • New Daikin VRV air conditioning systems.

  • New fire dampers to new fire barriers complete.
