The transformation of the legendary Harland & Wolff headquarters and the associated historical drawing offices where the RMS Titanic was designed into the luxury Titanic Hotel. The mechanical services installation by Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd. consisted of a full design and build of the mechanical install, with air conditioning, water services and ventilation to all 119 rooms, commercial kitchens, the drawing rooms, Harland bar, meeting rooms, back of house and associated areas of the grade 'A' listed building as well as the newly constructed areas of the structure.
