The project by Alpha Mechanical Services Ltd. for The Loreto Abbey in Dalkey, County Dublin. The Loreto Abbey opened as a school in 1843 and has been an integral part of Dalkey’s educational services ever since. Alpha Mechanical carried out the full mechanical services upgrades across the entire school campus to modernise the outdated facilities and significantly enhance the systems efficiency. The works also included upgrades to the science laboratories, restroom and toilet areas along with the engineering rooms/facilities.

New water services to upgraded toilet refurbishments.
New ventilation to restrooms/toilets.
New mechanical services to serve the science laboratories.
New natural gas - Gas proven system.
Installation of new soils and wastes.
Installation of fire dampers.
